Glithero at Design Miami
To celebrate Design Miami 2012 Perrier-Jouet, the official champagne sponsor of this year's festival, commissioned design duo Glithero.
The resulting work, 'Lost Time', reflects the brand's Art Nouveau heritage whilst highlighting Glithero's skill with representations of natural forms. The curved constructions are made from lengths of hanging, looped, silver beads suspended in dim lighting over a reflective pond.

Gallery FUMI is proud to show LIKO, Zoé Ouvrier's latest work. An impressive 8 meters long installation of intricately hand-carved wood panels that can function as room dividers. LIKO depicts tree forms blowing in the wind across the seasons.
Zoé Ouvrier was born in Montpellier, France and studied at the Ecole des Beaux Arts in Paris. Ouvrier’s work uses traditional methods in book and scroll making to engrave natural materials. With nature as her inspiration, she creates exquisite carved wooden folding screens, tables as well as paintings. Each piece is unique and is a result of many hours of intensive engraving.

Gallery FUMI is moving home
The year 2012 is proving particularly exciting for Gallery FUMI. The London design gallery has recently moved from its established Tabernacle Street location to 16 Hoxton Square. The new address is not quite so ‘new’ however, it has continued to be an alternative space for groundbreaking shows by FUMI since their London inauguration in 2008. At Hoxton Square FUMI will host a series of intimate (invitation-only) shows over the springtime. In the Autumn an exciting group show will be presented during the London Design Festival, following the success of STUDIOWARE, last September.
